Thanks Jon - Only problem are the snow areas now. They are way too bright. How can I fix that though?

The only way to really fix snow areas is to implement weathers so you can adjust the sections to have lower brightness in just the snow areas.

Otherwise it means some compromise and balance between the two. Using dark snow textures can also help (like Yuril's dark snow option).

Hm, I never touched custom weathers... Maybe I'll try that out one day. My exams are at the moment, maybe I have some free time between christmas and new year.
I've read once that the reflection amount also matters, but I am not sure about it.

I am a bit ashamed to ask for it, but would you consider taking a look at this preset? It's just the fact that my PC is not able to run this on low ENB settings. I would totally understand if you reject, you mentioned in some posts that you have a lot of work and stress at the moment.

Hi - Aye my time is pretty tight at the moment although have some free time coming at the end of the month. You can PM the files to me though - just no promises on when I might be able to look at them or try them out.

    Beautiful shot Chris.

A nice showcase of that new armour mod and I'm guessing one of your own ENB pre-sets. You do nice ENB's tried a few myself when I was looking for the a nice Somber type ENB. Keep up the great work mate.

Thanks agelmar, I appreciate your comment!

Yes, it is a new ENB. Sadly it is too much for my own PC, hahaha. I should buy a new graphic card at some point.

If you are looking for a somber ENB, I strongly recommend to take a look at the Grim&Somber ENB's by wolfgrimdark... These are perfect and very fitting for Skyrim.

I saw some images of yours ... you seem to be in very "cold" ENB's It depends on the viewpoint I guess

I running Skyrim with an AMD 7700 HD and get around 22 FPS when all effects are enabled ... on top of that comes a grass mod with pretty dense settings plus HD textures
