The bandage is from a mod by Homaii and is just included as part of the mod mash-up. Its called booboo (and on side note does work fine in SSE as well). Think you can find it in this mod:

Thank you for a quick reply, I have not yet downloaded the new version. I might after sometime passes to see what kind of Mods get converted over and such, I have my own Mods that I use (basically butchered Mods from others that I fiddle with to my satisfaction) and I'm fine with he old Skyrim... Anyway look forward to your stories and more images!! Have a wonderful day my friend!
SR has its own install (so can keep original Skyrim installed with its mods as well) and its free (if you own all the DLC) so going to install and check it out. Mainly curious to see how the 64b plays and what effects they have used - hoping to see some of the nice FO4 effects in it.
Wish I knew if it was still Dx9 or if they upgraded it to Dx11 though - as even if it is 64b if it is Dx9 it will still have the 4GB memory limit on windows 10.
And this main image. *sigh* I've to admit such cozy atmosphere is best carried over by Somber presets. Also the war painted Fenrir looks so great.
But Helga? That's the Dibella matron of Riften. I don't believe Hulda would be pleased to land in the same category.
Glad you liked the images and I agree the Sombers are good for warm feelings like that one.
Very soothing shots, Jon!
I was under the impression this was a whole new setup , so delete the " Old " skyrim and replace it with the new version...
Great looking shots,.. very much liked the one from fenrir,.. but this you already knew,..

I think saves may be transferable to the new version but I suspect they would have to be vanilla saves or simple mods that would not cause an issue since a modded save is always going to be a potential risk.
Some call it remastered, which I think is the more accurate way to describe it, and others call it the Special Edition - which I think is more marketing hype.
Regardless everything I have read on it indicates you treat it as its own game. Meaning it will install as is if you got a new game and installed. I.e. when you install Skyrim and Witcher 3 they both get installed on their own and not mixed together nor do they over-write each other. So you should have one folder for skyrim and one for skyrim remastered. At least that is what I read at one point but don't recall if there is official proof of that.
If it did over-write then it will be a much harder decision to use as I am not keen on replacing my current Skyrim at all. I think they would be foolish to do that (Beth) which is why I think they are letting you install both concurrently.

It will be 64 bit which opens a lot more memory options and may be able to use ReShade and SweetFX now reliably on windows 10. Boris hasn't really commented much about ENB for it.
I agree though on the part that it is not very wise to let it overwrite,..
Treating it like a seperate game is probably better.
