Well I suppose it's time to start working on a new tale. This time it will be dialed down to a more lore-friendly and immersive story like the Skyrim Tales style. The new tale will follow Xanthor Coal-Mane, a convict from Anvil. He has been accused with tearing his wife to shreds. Later he was forced into joining a elite Imperial raiding party tasked with brutality tactics, and armed with a crew of vicious criminals. The tale will start there. The Elder Dires tale is finished, and with it's twist like ending you can excepted to see some of the old characters, albeit they are completely different.

    Liked the previous shot of his back as well as his name. It is a very cool name, especially the last part. He does sound like he is going to be in a very rough situation - something I expect many people find themselves in during war time or any time where there is chaos, unrest, lack of resources, and the like.

    Sounds like a dark story indeed. While I haven't read much dark fantasy (tend to prefer high/epic fantasy or lighter adventure style fantasy) I am curious enough to want to see where you go with this.

      Thanks! I am one who prefers the darker, grimmer, more realistic fantasy. That said, the higher fantasies are a enjoyable change from the monotony of a long day in real life. I finally upgraded to a ENB (Mistveil) and am ready to hopefully post more images in a story.

    Xanthor sure sound like a very interesting character ! One that is going through alot of ordeals, really curious to see how he will deal with all of it

      I hope to capture some of the more grim side of war, and place Xanthor a man who claims to be morally good, smack dab in the middle of it!
