I really enjoyed reading this part of the story, I start music, lit a cigarette and I savor this reading in taking my time, a good moment of escape
I love the sweet words that sharing Dannee and sophie, also about Serana and Sam Especially the last part of the text of the story, describing Sam is not really capable of unveiled his feelings of love, but that proves with many gestures. Many words very touching also Dannee which is similar to a mother for Sophie.
Beautiful pictures too, I don't now how you put the earrings in Sam's hands, but it is really well done!
Wonderful picture of the young Dannee and the young ladies in the academy, I really like your young characters.
Always very interesting to see the past of Dannee, I appreciate a lot when Maeve spoke of natural elements, words perfectly used and gave a great scale to the intelligence and knowledge of Maeve.
Valante... Now she proves once again the arrogance and cruelty of the Thalmor, she was ready to make kill young girls only for his stupid ideals of superiority over all those who are not Altmer.
But also by fear, because all the non-Thalmor being powerful may pose a threat to these fanatics...
Maeve to demonstrated extreme composure to get rid of Atronachs, I understand that Dannee feel admiration for her.
Pleasant and very nice story tell by Dannee, amazing work which surely take you a lot of time!
Oh and I see I never give Kudos for you, so I will correct this forgets immediately !
And Sam indeed has a problem with openly admitting his feelings with words, but you are right, he has other ways to show how he feels and his latest gift only roves it. Dannee knows this of curse, but she is romantic at heart and still holds a faint hope for confession in words...
I love Maeve (even before learning who she COULD be); such a fiery and unpredictable soul. Such power at her hands but hardly knowing how to harness it. Very intriguing and my mind's all a whir with thoughts of time travel or parallel universes in order to make her who you suspect she could be (filing this away for future use )!
I never tire of seeing Sam's love for Dannee (what's bordering on obsession actually!!) and what better way could he demonstrate it by giving her such a meaningful gift. One day I do hope Dannee and Grim can meet face to face; I'm sure they could share some very interesting tales about Mr Sam!!!
Finally, I cannot leave without saying how stunning Dannee looked in the red dress; she puts Melisandre to shame!!
Well done dear, thanks for the homage and I'm off to see what else you've got up in the gallery!!
I am very happy that you've liked Maeve as a character! I've wondered a lot if you will like her and I am very glad that you did! And indeed that girl is like fire, she can barely control her powers, which makes her so moody. I would love to see time travel in Rathe's universe, after all it is possible with Akatosh help though, but possible. I guess if Rathe had a chance to return from present time with all his knowledge to the time when he was at crossroads whether to lave Fleur with Regan or not, their story would taken completely different turn...
Oh, Sam sure is very fond of Dannee, maybe even close to obsession, but Daedra tend to be obsessive and possessive, it is in their nature... Dannee would love to meet Grim face to face and discuss Sam among other things, since they have many similar traits of character.
Thanks again for your kind words! Now I had an image in my head with Dannee as a Red Woman in Game of Thrones, though she is much more benevolent than Milisandre.
Was very interesting to have that glimpse of when Dannee first knew the true danger of the Thalmor. Such a mysterious one Maeve was, her words very wise for one who looked so young with skill in magic to match, seems Valante made a great mistake in underestimating her. I like the idea that she was inspired by what you though a daughter from Fleur and Rathe would be, she sure has a great mix of their personalities. It is heartwarming how kind Sofie is to Dannee and the way she cares for her relationship with Sam, her thoughts about Dannee fighting for their good moments together were so lovely.
It was wonderful to see Sam give her those beautiful earrings, those that Grim when through quite the adventure to get, those that will keep her safe when Sam is away. It is touching how he wants so badly to tell her those few words that always get stuck in his throat, his nature in the way. Such a beautifully told chapter, Nataly ^^
Yeah, it was the moment when little Dannee knew how dangerous Thalmor are really are, it gave her big reason to distrust them... though sadly four years later one of them named Ermil has managed to deceive her.
As for Maeve, her looks were indeed inspired by Rathe and Fleur story, that I miss very much, as much as I miss Jess, who had not been here for quite some time.
And Sofie indeed cares for Dannee and her happiness because she loves her very much.
Sam did a good thing and it was impressive journey that Grim and Erik have made to get them, about which Dannee will hear soon enough when they will get Serana away from Taarie and Endearie!
I have no doubt of the great love Sofie has for Dannee, she shows it in many a though, word and action even subtle.
Sounds like it might be difficult to get Serana away from the Altmer sisters to hear about that great journey for the Earings
Poor Sam, to love Dannee, to want to say it and feel it the way Dannee does, he is trapped by his own nature.
I love when you flash back to Dannee's youth, you have truly perfected how she would look young!
On to the next chapter! I wish the Nexus would send notifications when friends post new work!
Well, at least now I get to read several chapters at once!
And indeed poor Sam he is stuck in his own set of values and openly admitting love... well that might be out of his character, at least at present time.
Thanks again! I do love to take captures of young Dannee, so it was a pleasure for me to once again dwell in her past.
As for chapters, there is one chapter in this story, sadly while the next image is dedicated to some randomness, only I've tried to be creative with a title.
again a wonderful story and fantastic pictures
excellentes work
