    Awesome showcase Shelley - as you know the one with the mist/rain/fog with Armion a "ghost" in the background is my favorite. Really love the entire scene of that shot.

    The mask theme is great and so very true. Masks for work, for family, for friends, neighbors ... I would say the only time I truly mask free is with my dogs and perhaps the closest of close friends. Even then I think the dogs win hands down as I truly trust the dogs to be totally judgement free.

    Not that masks are bad mind you - they are an important part of social interaction and as a species we could not survive without them. Sorry off on a tangent ... good post getting me wondering things.

      I knew you would like that one Jon... I am very happy you found this showcase awesome... sometimes I put her in some thing or go to a place and my mind thinks, oh this reminds me of this and cant help but take that shot as it moved me in some way.... and these masks just reminded me how as grown up we do that... not so much as when we were younger, then we had not learned by the pain or confusion of life lessons to hide parts from others... its natural to show the real you when you are young but I do think that they only way we are truly able to accept ourselves is by taking off some of these masks...

      Lol well you know me I love a good tangent.. keeps life interesting does it not ??
