    Mate, if you haven't got strict rules about stick together with originals, i suggest scorpion themed arrowheads like this...

      Nah, I want to stick to the concept. Besides, the models are already uv mapped and baked and since this is the last model I have to draw the line someplace, can't keep changing stuff.

    I'm guessing you're making all this weapons in ZBrush then retopo, not in 3ds max?

      um, not really, I usually start in max and then bring it over to a sculpting app. Since I use sub-d modeling in 3ds max, retopology isn't necesary in most cases. The only things I retopo are pieces that changed their shape during sculpting. The only thing that got retopo-ed is the handle in this case, since I wanted to maintain that layered look.

      Materials ? As in what the bow is made out of ? I don't really know, I just replicate what i see in the concepts and then make a "recipe" that would look plausible with skyrim materials. Though from what I can see it looks like some sort of metal.

      Yes, I like it when bows are crafted of "realistic" materials. The model is superb!
