use the ENB customizer....it lets u customize a lot to ur preferences....
I don't think...But to disable it open the efffect.txt (the note thing) and change this lline:
//enable blurring, useless, disabled at all
#define EBLURRING
//enable sharpening
#define ESHARPENING
//if defined, color sharpen, otherwise sharp by gray
#define ESHARPENINGCOLOR
//enable noise in dark areas

The new BLEAK looks great! (is the film-grain optional?!)
