I'm curious about the tatoos your Grim has...
The tattoo on his chest is a rather long story but I can give the short version.
First you have to know Grim is the son of Fenrir, the winter wolf from Norse mythology. Except here in Skyrim, Fenrir is a Guardian Spirit of the North who is a protector of Nirn and the natural world.
Second while I call Grim a werewolf for easy reference he is not. The closest thing would be a pure-blooded Lycan. His mother is human but his father is the wolf-god. Fenrir was created by Lorkhan who tricked Hircine into mating with the Goddess Kynareth back when the gods walked on Nirn. So Grim's grandfather is Hircine and his Grandmother is Kyne (on his fathers side - on his mothers side they are human).
Third Grim is also dragonborn but not The Dragonborn. He isn't the hero that defeats Alduin or anything. But he does have dragonborn abilities.
With the above in mind I can now get to the tattoo. When Grim went to the Greybeards they did a special ceremony to reveal his true inner nature. They expected a Dragon's head but instead it revealed his wolfish side - his inner beast.
So that tattoo represents Grim's connection to Fenrir and wolves.
That is the super, super short version and I left a lot out
Very impressive.
Both Kavel and Erik are looking Handsome and manly, and I like the steam/smoke of the Vahlok's Tomb shot. before we get a moment of peace.
Now that last shot I won't guess whats going on there accept to say it looks a little disturbing seeing his face
Speaking of which I should not leave Nexus loaded on my browser as I keep getting distracted ... procrastinating ... On page 6 now so may have to split this chapter up. Probably do 2-4 more pages and then stop. Not sure it will be done today as I still have a lot of screen shots to take, and proofing, but hope to have the writing done today at least.
As for the last shot - yea Grim is not a happy camper there - furious and filled with rage is probably a good description.
The main image is outstanding
