    NOTE: Please consider all my Kavel shots UNOFFICIAL ones as I am testing his world. Until I post my first official story of him ... and lock down his creation and formally start his storyline ... anything is subject to change. I have started his long range plot line but still tweaking. I am purposely not sharing stuff that would spoil things.

      Thanks - I had a lot of fun with the DOF for that shot. His is almost official - finished his mod stuff yesterday and started his official game. But changed a few things on him so his official look is a little different.

    Beautiful work, and a very handsome character; I wouldn't have noticed the banding without its mention. Anyway, I don't think it detracts from the loveliness of your images. I particularly admire the third portrait; its palette and the strong contrast between light and shadow evoke Rembrandt and Caravaggio's chiaroscuros. Amazing!

      Many thanks Ithildin. Funny you should mention Caravaggio's work as that was the original inspiration behind Somber for Tansarville and also an artist whose work I liked.

    Lokimg his look more and more as you play with him. Second shot down is my favourite. He looks a bit dark there.

      Thanks! I finally settled on his eye color and beard (adjusted it a little so it would work with 5 o'clock shadow mod) and tweaked his brow width this morning. Also made his skin one shade darker.
