Forgive the Jesse style cliffhanger...
Oh I loved to see Silke and Ripp coming to meet dear sweet Paarthurnax and Alduin in his sexy human body ........ damn your men always looks so sexy with no shirts on , well crap lots my train of thought, where was I oh yes, oh for Molags balls as Jon would say, Despair again really, that woman gets around more then the clap........ her evil has no bounds but then again she does look pretty damn hot in that armor she wears......... evil or not she has amazing style but Ripp should not trust her, she is up to something , those princes always looking for a evil way to take over all, but she does have a way with words, and as Ripp and Silke have finally meant their hero it will be hard for any one to make them understand she is looking to build an army for what I wonder......
Oh crap Selina, wrong place , wrong time, dear you are no match for these who stand on the top of the world ...... Silke come on think , this is not you my dear, you may have the evil side but not like this to someone that has ties to your friends, you will not do this Ambrosia says she knows you will find it inside yourself to stop ........ this is just not you talking dear, come on snap out of it ......
Amazing shots and wow what a story, you have some amazing chars in this chapter, I wonder how you get them all together , its just such an awesome way you are telling these stories , I have to agree with Jon does remind me of Heavy Metal, btw one which I love and own all of them movies and books....... love love the way you pull that way of reading into your stories........ cant wait to see what comes next ........ Epic chapter to steal your words hehe ........
P.S. Ambrosia has a few words for Silke , ok ok , I am moving geez damn bossy toon.

Always a great pleasure to see Ripp and Silke of course. Alduin... now that was a surprise, I still don't trust him. But it is Ripp's break, so I guess it could be possible.
And then Despair..... really Silke?!...... this is not one to be around. Idolization or not, you just have no idea of the depth of her black heart, if she even has one. She just better stay clear of Stragon and Ambrosia if she wants to consider remaining a servant to Molag.
We have pm'd the past, so I know your leanings of fantasy and you still bring it on.
seems all of us have gone to the cliffhangers.... did Jess really start that. Not sure, but it is a thing going on for most of us now.
Keep writing and giving me the great shots........ guess I know why Silke and Ripp haven't shown up at the door yet now. Just gives Ambrosia and Stragon more time for........ well .... getting reacquainted.

Hmm, I will try to keep Ripp and Silke busy. I think after their last adventure Ambrosia and Stragon deserve some "extra time"

Well Despair was not banished by Grim, Molag "saved" her from corruption and hence she certainly was capable of taking care of business elsewhere. It is so like a Prince to have many pots in the fire - god like beings are more than able to be carrying out many plots and it seems like there will be no rest for Despair!
Great set up with Paarth and I love the dragon speak - that was a really good touch to your story. I also like that you kept him the wise old dragon (geriatric even lol) trying to keep some sense of balance.
Ripp and Silke were surprisingly honest with him which was also a surprise. Your comments about mankind killing what they don't know has been a theme in your stories for a long time now and a good one. What I like is how you approach it from the evil side. If the humans won't leave them alone then just kill them all. Grim, who lately is getting almost as diverse as the EC (hanging out with the Losti the Incubus, Serana a True Daughter Vampire, an ex-DB assassin, and numerous werewolves), has taken the approach of taking in outcasts into his pack the Black Wolf Company and giving them a home in exchange for protecting the land and its people, i.e. the "good" approach.
Then up pops Despair and her wicked plans. Like how you described her arrival into the story. Silke was great in her reaction and seemed Despair liked her submissive attitude towards her, chosing her as the vehicle to kill poor Selina ... another surprise visitor interested in keeping the balance of the realms. Sadly she is no fighter and fell victim to Despair, her smart mind and mental skills useless against such power.
I am still very curious what Garm is doing. While at his core he is as neutral as death itself is he does not care for Molag at all. Molag is probably as close to his complete antithese as one can get. Molag is Harvester of Souls and maker of vampires. Garm fights Molag and his minions with unrelenting force. Course he ain't stupid either, he isn't Garmr (who would be chewing gladly on Despairs leg right now ... and Despair would find her powers utterly useless against Garmr ... and Stormbringer would be nothing more than an ordinary blade next to Garmr), and so turning his back on her was his way of saying he wants nothing to do with her. Smart wolf-dog.
Has Alduin turned over a new leaf? He is part of the eternal cycle of life and death and perhaps he feels he can also have some of the good things in life in between his hard work at destroying the world. Some love and sex certainly seems to be in order. Paarth is doubtful about it but Paarth changed his nature so perhaps Alduin can.
Or perhaps it is all just a wicked plan. To many layers to know for sure! Awesome screenshots as well - these came out really nice.

I think in the end Ripp decided that an "Honest approach" would be a better tactic with Paarthy as it would be futile to try and "match wits" with HIM.
He is of course doubtful of Alduin and he perhaps has more reason to doubt him thean anyone.
Garm is becoming one of my favorite characters as he becomes more and more developed. He is greatly loved by Ripp and Silke; and Garm loves them as well. They saved his life and of course Garm has saved Ripps.
But I imagine Garm to still be working with the Caretaker, trying to help this timeline that was so badly corrupted. Repairs were made, but it continues to twist and fray like an over worked rope. And it WAS Garm who informed the Caretaker of Alduin's romance with Ripp. So he is in fact responsible for Paarthy learning the news. Just indirectly through the Caretaker.
I am having so much fun writing this and I hope others here who are familiar with the characters I referenced from other authors are enjoying it too.

Awesome episode... damn but that Despair gets about! Couldn't belive she'd show up at the Throat of the World to try and cause her unique brand of trouble. And Selina! Also a massive surprise! And it seems that Despair's evil aura is about to cause some serious damage atop the Throat. What will Ripp do? And will Parthurnaax intervene? Cliffhanger indeed!

It has been fun adding these developed characters into the mix as I hoped especialy that friends who "Know who they are" might enjoy seeing them in my work as well. I only wish there was a "Rathe" stand alone
