who do you think you are? He tried his best. If you want a better tifa learn to port and rig models on your own and see how difficult it is. Don't "expect" better on a site where people provide mods for FREE. You're not entitled to a better mod.
Short Skirt is the most difficult part I have dealt with ever. If I find a way to solve this problem, this model would be done (and other long skirt models, Aerith and Normal Tifa) Honestly I am not satisfied with my mods with Skirts (include current Tifa). Seems I have to repaint the weight of the vertex
