Small mod that adds vanilla-like wheat and its processing chain.

Currently adds:
- Wheat (both plant and resource),
- Flour
- Straw (almost same as hay, but DOESN'T SPOIL AT ALL!)
- 2 new (very small) workbenches to process wheat - basic one (neolithic level) and advanced one (industrial level).
- 1 new building to process hay into straw
- 2 new resarch (basic resarch for wheat farming and milling stone, advanced resarch for advanced milling machine)

Short desc of processing chain:
- Grow wheat
- Process it to hay and flour
- Use flour to make meals (cannot be eaten raw).
- (optionally) dry hay to make straw!
