extract folders to the mod folder in your RAGE game directory and everything should work. For example - (c:) steam > steamapps > common > rage > mods

to play the mod in game, make sure you check the "play Rage with mods(unsupported)" when you start RAGE. The mod is available in Wellsprings when you go to the job board.
Then go to the red door towards the back of wellspring which is the level transition for all job posting related to this mod. Pictures on the nexus website show job board
