You do realize that not everyone uses Steam don't you. You should correct your installation instructions to reflect platform agnostic paths, or include instructions for non-steam versions.
If you have a non-steam version installed please can you let me know what the install path for the portraits are and I will happily add it to the install instructions because I cannot guess what it might otherwise be?
