this is my favorite IC apartment mod, it fits in so well with the vanilla game. my only complaint is that the bookshelves have an invisible wall that doesn't really allow you to put anything on them, but other than that it's awesome
Quaint, simple, and pretty. 3500 Gold is enough for a mid-level character, and this one room studio apartment is a real good starting home compared to the waterfront shack.
Doorway arch is still ugly as hell, though, but it's overshadowed by the apartment inside. Great work.
Just what I was looking for! I've been after a modest 'flat' mod for the IC for some while. I like the location and the fact that it's small and not too flashy - my character at the moment isn't really rich but she isn't really poor either so it's just right.
I wondered if there were any mods that allow you to pay monthly rents on homes? I would love it if my character had to pay a grumpy landlord of some kind each month.
But anyway, thanks so much for this - very nice job!
The reason is the silent mp3s for the slaes dialogues. zip can't deal with them efficiently. I should rerelease the thing with 7z, where it gets down to a few hundred k.
Why filesize of this mod is so big? It doesn't seem to add any new meshes/textures/sounds... However i still like the idea. I've got tired of ultra-gigantic houses stuffed with tons of clutter...

Would you consider making an alternative, unfurnished version? Then we could furnish it ourselves using the Imperial Furniture mod.

As for bathrooms, as soon as Bethetsda puts bathrooms in the game, I will start do do so, too. But as of now, Tamriel is barthroomless by design.
