I wonder if anyone could help me out, because I lost Shadow. I'm not exactly sure when I lost him (I was fast travelling around a lot) so I waited a bit to see if he would go back to the stables. When that didn't work I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mod but he's still gone. The other two are there still.
I'm not sure about the reinstall, but for my purposes I used the following mod to 'call' Shadow, which seemed to teleport him to my location: "Command Mounts and Horses" by Ryuujin

In theory, any rideable mount should be retrievable this way, maybe - I haven't tested the mod with every possible mount mod. Just make sure you have interacted with the mount before calling it (like you rode it, for example) or else the mod might retrieve one of your other mounts which you interacted with last, prior to calling.
I'm really interested in this mod. I have it installed but havent really gotten a good roleplay lead into it. I really hate getting awesome and or overpowered stuff right off the bat with no effort. It negates playing incentive. Is there anyway this could be modified so that you have to complete a quest or pay a s#*! load of money for it?
And are there any mods that allow you to control mount without obse?
I really like this mod. The only thing that bothers me is how stationary the deer are when not being ridden. Other than that, I totally recommend it to anyone who wants more variety of mounts!
@GarglinGlass i was sat here downloading this mod thinking there was something really cool from a film that would be gr8 for this mod but i couldnt remember what is was then i read that and i was like THATS THE ONNEEEE!!!!!! Gr8 mod by the way tharandiel
Is there any way to set the deer as essential? using the setessential (formid) console command. I looked for the formid, but couldn't find it anywhere. Thanks
to get the deer to come back after a fight and some other useful things these other mods can do people could use 'mount command' by ryuujin and or 'shadow horse wander fix' by shadow9225(not sure if it works on other mounts[or is needed] i just know that it makes all horses stay where you leave them owned or not. does not work on owned horses for fast travel but the first mod i mentioned might.)
