- adds underground Black Markets with entrances scattered throughout the poor/shady parts of these towns.
- adds a dealer for different types of goods
- adds an expensive items dealer with 15000 gold to handle expensive items
- adds FUN!
no readme, just take the file and install it to the data part of oblivions program files, very standard stuff. Enjoy!
