Khetttienna, I just used it and BOSS didn't say it had any dirty edits or identical to master records so either he cleaned it up or somethings a miss. I tried the one you're talking about and I didn't see one bridge connecting the bottom half of the imperial city across the water.
Anyway it doesn't work with unique landscapes, no matter which order you put it in. I really want that water way opened up and bridges put in but it looks like no one has taken up the challenge and made it compatable with unique landscapes. shame.
One of my Better Benirus Manor users reported that this mod plus mine made their game CTD. I did a little investigating, and found nearly 600 dirty edits in your mod - about 200 "identical to master" records and about 400 deleted vanilla objects (or maybe it was 400 and 200?). This definitely falls under the "unacceptable" category for me, as it creates a LOT of potential for game crashing when used with other mods.
Cleaning the mod in TES4Edit stopped the crashing. I heavily recommend all users do that before using this mod. It also takes half a meg off the file size.
Just a heads up. Anyone looking for compatibility patches, reasons for bridges not being "complete" or whatever should upgrade to the revised edition of this mod as all of the patches available only support that version.
This version still works fine, but it has no patch support and won't be getting any.
