Excellent idea but could you please post screenshots? I'm going to try it anyway but it would be helpful to see the place and features before downloading...

Great job, but I still can't find the secret entrance.

awesome lookin mod, if rent was added, my charecter would move out of his ship and in there right away ;P too bad I suck at scripting, so I can't help you there, but it looks awesome

if people think this room is too dark, add a few candles via the CS (they won't be lit unless you ad the Flameeffect objects to them) it's really not that hard.

if you are not very experienced with the CS, I suggest a lantern mod, like gamerluv's magic lanterns, these you can have stay on and you can drop them and grab them and place them wherever you think they should go, and best of all, they stay lit!

I also think the room is a bit dark, but anyway, the mod itself(the idea and the room) is good.

Is it really too dark? I wanted to make the lighting realistic, i.e. no lights generated from nowhere and a reasonable number of candles and such. The lights are only where they would really be used in my opinion.

To find the hatch, think about which wall would be facing the back of the boarding house and search there. I don't want to give it away.

Apparently the "secret" escape hatch is way to secret for me... I can't seem to locate it in the room. Perhaps it's just too dark in there and I need to break out a torch or something.

He does like to stay low, which is why he lives in a boarding house that he can easily leave and and never come back. He is the best where he comes from, though, and so has a lot of money and is used to better housing. Although he would not mind living in the waterfront shack, he would prefer something nicer like this room.

Also, the Office of Imperial Commerce would have records of the purchase of the shack, right? Like the deed and all of the furniture purchases. It would be too easy for people to track him down in the shack. Luther doesn't ask questions. All he wants is rent (which hopefully I can add later on). All told, the rent over time will be more than was paid for the waterfront shack.

one thing about ur thing about ur player

if he is a rich mercenary wouldn't he not care for paying a measly 5 or so grand for the IC waterfront shack and also dont mercenarie's like to lay low and not attract to much attention

I'd love to add rent, but I am horrible at scripting. Literally every single line of script I have ever written has come back with an error. The only other option would be to put a key into Luther's merchant container, but that would have to be one time only instead of a rent type thing.

The most powerful weapon is silver which can be overpowering to new players. The trophies are the heads in the sleeping area picture.

The idea is great, but, as it's a boarding house, could you please make player buy it from Luther? It might be something like 'long-term rent'<img class=">.
Also, what are the trophies? Adding free food won't sound like a cheat but some overpowered items will.
