I don't understand what I'm supposed to do with the ".esu" file. I installed JOG's mod with the patch tool and it works but I have no clue what I'm supposed to do with the ".esu" file in this download. Is it suppoed to be an ".esp" file or something and someone made a typo?
Is it just that Jog's mod didn't unnerf Mehrunes Razor,? this mod will do that, and the note or information is the same as in Jog's Read Me?

I guess the note comes with JOG mod (apologies) still don't know what changes his mod does "> (restarting oblivion from scratch and I was hoping for info without needing to do the quests before, thanks)
he doesn't even tell what his fix does and where you get the note like Jog did, never going to use it unless we know exactly what has changed and where we get the note-tip about the quest.
it makes it so you don't just get those stupid notes when you get out of the sewers.... you actully have to work for your place to live or find the note somewhere in the game to start the quest......get it the last un-nerfs were awesome and made the game way more involved. i hope this one works the same.
"nerf" is normaly the term for a chang to a item that players did not like ( mostly mmo rpgs use this term for bad updates ) [ I.e say they made a patch andd it made your favorite item weaker this would be a "nerf" but as far as i know mehrunes never had a nerf but all is well have a nice day people.
