I'd love to see some mods using this.

This game really needs animated shore lines. Even dated games like Guild Wars had better shores on release. Thank you for making a step in the right direction.

So is anyone still working on applying this in a mod? or is that hoping for too much?

Wow this is so cool I just played the ShoreMesh03.nif in NifSkope. It was very dull until I loaded one of the textures provided in the Water folder then It's great. Now I have to learn how to put it in Nirn and it looks like it wont be too hard given the readme provided. +10

Warning nerd at work. Skip the following to prevent contamination.
    LOL

Tamriel is the fictional continent where the events of The Elder Scrolls games take place. It is located on the planet Nirn (which means the arena or the battleground in Ald Ehlnofex), otherwise known as Mundus; which is the mortal realm of the finite and the partial, as opposed to the immortal realms of the infinite and the absolute. In the Elder Scrolls, Mundus is the Elvish root for the human word mundane, meaning ordinary. Some, such as the Mythic Dawn however, view Tamriel as an extension of the realm of Oblivion itself.

Oblivion is the realm inhabited by Daedra. While Oblivion is most often described as The Elder Scrolls version of Hell, the metaphor expressed in the game actually implies a complex supernatural cosmology. Oblivion is the void surrounding Nirn, the mortal plane of existence. The planets, nebulae and other astral bodies in the sky are the mortals' view of the spheres of the Daedra floating in that void. Stars are holes on the inner surface of Oblivion through which the energy of Aetherius shines into the mortal realm. This is also true of the sun, which is known as Magnus. The exception is the constellation of the Serpent, Sithis, which is made up of unstars (through which, presumably, the energy of Oblivion shines into Aetherius).
  10. waves, you mean that big hurricane type waves if so cool. Oblivion's weather, i mean waves are kind of lacking, even with another planet circling around it. Think obout how that planet-moon must effect the waves on planet Oblivion its massive.
