   make a new release so its not the the DB sanctuary.
   
   im a mage, and that makes it hard for me to kill someone without anyone knowing. every time i find a insta-kill on sleeping NPC's, its either in the DB sanctuary, or it doesnt work.
   
   so, to get the blade i have to kill someone, to kill someone without paying a 1190 septim bounty i need the blade.
