better description of where it is: head east of skingrad on the gold road. the cave it the first tunnel cave you see. keep going through the dungeon untill you get to "Grayrock Shambles."
The Armor is located in Grayrock Shambles, which is part of Grayrock cave. It is north east of Skingrad along the Gold Road. You have to kill the guy wearing the armor. The cuirass is just a retextured chainmail cuirass, although I believe it has better stats than chainmail.
