You might try varying the layout a bit more. You could start by making the rooms smaller and more varied. The large ammount of open space in the rooms makes it feel unrealistic and empty. Keep working on this, it could be good if you work on it a bit.
Adding in somemore objects would help with this mod. It helps us to want to download somthing that will strike our interest. There is alot of open space in your home, and can have alot of options with in it. Noticed that the pathing is a little off on the bedrooms, this is only a problem if you want companions within the home.
