Are you tired of having arrows take up a ton of weight in your inventory, or fed up with the slow-ish movement of arrows in Oblivion? Well, now you can change that with this simple mod! Changes Arrow speed from 1.0 (default) to the range of 1.1 (Iron) to 2.2 (Daedric). The weight is 1/10th of what it used to be. Iron goes from 0.1 to 0.01, etc
