I honestly have no clue as to why people even fork over some 60$ for a game, and they use something that will make the game absolutly unplayable, I mean if there is no challenge at all then why even play the game.
I think if you have both water walking and water breathing active at the same time you only get water walking. You can't swim if water walking is enabled. You can have them both enabled at the same time but walking takes precedence over breathing, thus no swimming.
You can swim while water walking. Just walk 'down'. I believe that if you would cast a water walking spell underwater, it wouldn't do anything until you reach the surface.

No Like 1000 Reflex in damage and it also be nice to have a permafried also
