I am pretty sure that if I had put a respawning chest or container anywhere in the house, it would be mentioned and warned about in the Readme that comes with the file when you download it. Check that. It's a pretty important thing to know, so I would have mentioned.
I do not remember if I made everything within the house player-owned (you don't buy it so to speak), but you will not incur any fines or criminal record for anything in there and it is so remote you are unlikely to see others up there. You can safely use it.
Notice: It would appear that in the years of updating Nexus, including the changing of the title of the bleedin' site, the pictures for this mod were lost. So screenshots from users are quite welcome.
Gamingshadowclan: The file name for downloading the mod is either 'File' or 'Champion's Mansion v3'. Both files are the same mod, just different readme's. One readme is easier to read than the other.
Ya'll won't believe this, but I actually had to download my own mod recently. Lost the original copy, somehow. Obviously, I haven't played in some time.
whats the file named file for :o downloading your mod now...i always wanted a little something other then a crappy armor set after saving all of the world....
Honestly, Postal Pete, I have encountered that myself once our twice, but I haven't for the life of me been able to figure out how it happens. Does it happen to you often? I should hope not.
And minus one for bad grammar? That seems a little harsh "> Glad you all are loving the mod!
