The main quest delayer sounded fantastic until it said I can't do the dark Brotherhood whenever I want, what an incredibly stupid mod to not allow the main quest unless delay the dark Brotherhood as well.

Probably because there are stages in those quests that address the emperor's death and would therefore result in a plot and thematic break at best and probably a ctd at worse.
you are asking a lot for a mod released and not updated since 2006 2008.
No, there should be no dependencies. This is probably just a mistake. Use any alternate start mod instead, do whatever quest lines you want, then find some dead knight somewhere or some such, get the Amulet of Kings, start the main quest. It's standard by now.

Probably a dumb question: How do we start Vampire Clan Raelu as a non-vampire? You said it was also good for vamp hunters.PS: I actually was a vamp for about a week (by accident! Didn't notice the disease in time), and never did get contacted. I may have had too much other stuff going on, like leveling up and also starting the Dork Brotherhood quest line, so my sleep was "fitful". I also didn't use Rest all that much anyway, but a lot of Wait to prevent another level-up. Anyway, with regard to Raelu, I'm happy to just go fight these guys, even if all the quests are closed to me as a no-longer-vampiratorial personage.
Using only the Lichcraft part of this mod, but i changed the "Conceal True Nature" and "Reveal True Nature" Powers into Lesser Powers, so i could switch forms whenever i wanted.
Don't remember making such changes in any mod, but I think you would have to use TES4Edit to load the mod, find the spell, and set the spell's Type field to: Lesser Power
Yep. Can also do that in the TES4 Construction Set. I just did this with a companion-related script spell that was buried deep among the Alteration stuff, so it's now up at the top near the other utility script spells. Very easy, takes about 1 minute.
I use this just for the Tools of Kagrenac mod, and it is incredible. It's well put together, the weapon meshes are beautiful, the enchants are amazing, it's just all around amazing. I just have something to point out, whenever I have Keening or Sunder onscreen, I receive a massive lagspike. Just having them equipped is fine, or if they're being shuffled through inventories, but as soon as the actual item is on screen I lose about 2/3s of my framerate. Any fix for this, anyone?
