doesnt seem worth the download looks quite unrefined because of the high amount of bugs reported and the npcs not recognizing your current position as a db.

1. Can't really change it like that. It would annoy many people anyway.
2. I can't do that. Long story short, I'd have to make a big list of codes, dialog ect., because the guys at the Cheydinhall base can ONLY be in the Cheydinhall base.
Two thing: 1° I love the spectral voice that says "What is the color of night"...But once you enter in sanctuary the voice is lost...Forever! "> Can you leave the question for every visit? I know that is normal (even the Cheydnal's Sanctuary work in this way)...But this is a mod, you can make whatever you want! ">
