Pretty useless to me. The only thing that makes my fps go low is the grass. And it doesn't seem to be any way to improve that, with this mod or not (aside disabling grass)
Probably one of the best mods for lots of mods. Even today this is almost required for city mods in Oblivion unless you want to walk around with 15fps. It's great for switching between when you don't actually need to see everything.
