Hi. This mod does look very interesting. I downloaded it and installed it as you said in the readme, but when I go to the Bravil Mages Guild I see the high elf lady who sells them, and she has a head but no body, instead replaced by a giant yellow exclamation mark. I can talk to her and buy the robes okay, but when I put them on the same thing happens to me, and when I drop them on the floor, a giant yellow exclamation mark appears. I'm a novice at using/making mods so please don't troll me, I have placed the esp. and Meshes/Textures in the right places and have installed similar mods before and they have worked fine, but why is this mod not working for me? Have I done something wrong? If anybody could get back to me on this I would greatly appreciate it.
I like the looks of these robes, although I also agree that the hat should be seperate. I have a request; would it be possible to have these robes with guard armor textures? For example, a robe that looked like the Skingrad or Chorrol cuirasses? Those are my two favorite cuirasses in the game and I would love to have a set of robes that had the same general look (although if I could change anything I would put the town emblem on the back as well as the front so I could see it in third-person view).
It's probably an easy thing to make, but I have no experience or knowledge concerning retexturing and so forth.
could you please add a hat as a seperate piece as well? my character is a cute elf with a pony tail and her pony tail comes out of the hat(aka it looks bad)

I downloaded it and took it off, the textures aren't very well done, a little gaudy. Take this as constructive criticism, they look as though they should be in a child's picture book. I mean no offense.
