This mod sets the timescale to 15, or half the default timescale. There are 50 or so mods like this, and it can be done in game with "set timescale to 15" or such. What those don't change however are some scripts which could be broken because of this change.

In addition to changing the timescale to something slightly better from both a playing and a modding standpoint, this mod fixes those problems in a manner so that no matter what the timescale is, those quests will not get broken.

This mod was made largly so that people don't have to be concerned with these two bugs. You will however notice that player controls are disabled durring two key sequences. This is designed so that the player can't accidentally break the quest by talking to the person. While the durations were made to adjust automatically with whatever timescale you're using, this was needed as some amount of waiting was necessary. However at most this should be about a minute. Controls will be restored automatically when the next part of that quest starts.

As there are only two points I know of where timescale becomes a problem, this may not be of much use to most people. However, I felt that the creation of this mod was essential to allowing modders to take full advantage of packages and scripting without having to live up to a timescale which is far too fast for even the standard AI stuff to be completed.

If you already have a mod which changes timescale, you may wish to adjust the loading order of this mod near the top of the list so that the settings of that mod get taken while still having the associated quest fixes.

That said, after you add this mod, you can manually set the timescale back to however you want without causing any negative effects. The purpose of having the timescale as part of this mod was mostly so that the effects could be witnessed, and help establish a slightly better standard of time.
