I would strongly disagree with that, the "Stunted Magicka" just makes the character more interesting to play (( and you have to be much more careful about enemy casters and whether to dodge the enemy spells or not. )) --- also, you can't just hide in a corner for a bit until your magicka's back... you've got to be a little more careful with it, and Ayleid wells are a god-send.
I'm not trying to be critical, or a jerk (( there are other words that could be used )) I'm just trying to show a different viewpoint regarding the Atronach birthsign... (( I would agree though, most of the other birthsigns are a waste XD )) and I actually plan to look at a few birthsign mods because of that. Haven't narrowed the list down yet though >.<
