The guarding is a giant slaughterfish, in the area around him there is a chest with the next clue hope that helps people, im a little confused with the next bit though.
This mod isn't compatible with the Unofficial Oblivion Patch (v342). You get the annoying area sound effect noise. The in-game work-around provided by UOP doesn't work. You can play the mod, you just have to listen to an annoying noise the whole time.
Where do i go when i find the clue that says "east of the shrine northeast of anvil"? there is nothing over there except kvatch, can anyone tell me where to go?
I have found the pirate hideout but i cannot find the key anywhere can someone please tell me where i can find the hidden key so i can get into the cave?
oh i got confused and look west and well found nothing so author is not confused i got so confused did tcl and looked so high i saw all land formations he is not confused....

I don't know about anyone else but I suspect the author confused EAST and WEST. The only given clues are vague (do you mean SHRINE, as in an actual shrine or are you referring to one of the half dozen ruins scattered around Anvil?)
But either way - the directions northEAST and then EAST from Anvil is in the opposite direction from the ocean ...pirates away from the ocean??
I hate leaving something unfinished but I can't find where to go- and considering that the people started complaining about the lack of clues at the end of July and ribs441 hasn't responded here or revised the README, I suspect it will never get corrected.
Don't bother downloading this mod - the pirate fight at the beginning was okay but it'll get sit in your mod manager taking up space after that.
