DESCRIPTION
Why are there so many containers outside the shops and houses in the Imperial City? I got tired of the unrealism of being able to loot them with impunity and sell them back to the traders for a quick buck. This mod assigns owners to those outdoor boxes, crates, barrels, etc. If you take from them, you are stealing. The only exception are food barrels and sacks. Those have been left alone as they might be food thrown out by merchants and residents for the beggars to eat.
INSTALLATION
Move "Clutter Ownership.esp" to your Oblivion\Data directory and enable the mod under "Data Files" in the Oblivion start screen.

- Changed the ownership of containers in:
Imperial City Market District
Elven Gardens
Talos Plaza
The Waterfront
Non-food outdoor containers now owned by ICFaction. I left food barrels and sacks alone. This can be justified in that the merchants might throw out their unwanted food for the beggars.
- Imperial City Arena District- all outdoor containers now owned by the Arena Faction. You can take from them if you become an Arena combatant. Food containers are available for all levels of combatants. For access to other containers, you must be level 2 or higher.
FUTURE DEVELOPMENT
May modify the outdoor containers in other cities as well.
