Mauloch's One Hit One Kill

The FULL version of MOHOK, plus v1.1 changes!

This file includes: MOHOK v1.1, MOHOK LITE v1.1, MOHOK MehrunesRazorFix, and introducing MOHOK LIGHTNING v1.0!

MOHOK is the standard intense gameplay, with 200x weapon damage. MOHOK LITE is for the more casual gamer, with an 8x weapon damage. MOHOK LIGHTNING is for the true hardcore gamer, with 400x weapon damage. Full changes and descriptions below.

It also works with new weapons added by other mods!

1. MOD INSTALLATION

Either extract the .esp to the Oblivion/data directory, or simply drag it and drop it from the file to your Oblivion/data directory.

No textures, meshes, sound, etc. are included, so you don't have to worry about that.

Finally, I advise you use OBMM - Oblivion Mod Manager - or some similar program to move OHOK to the bottom of the load order. Alternately, simply load the .esp in the CS as the active file, then save, and it should be sent to the bottom of the load order.

If you have v0.9 BETA, v0.91 BETA, or v1.0, deactivate it and load up this version!

2. MOD DESCRIPTION

Does what is says. One hit, one kill.
Don't get hit.

3. WHAT THE MOD DOES

Changes (v.09):

- Weapons damage is multiplied by 100.
- Shield blocks remove 100% of damage, but breaks the shield before block skill level 50.
- Weapon blocks remove 100% of damage, but breaks the weapon before block skill level 50.
- Hand-to-hand blocks remove 95% of damage, because arms never break. More painful than it sounds.
- Hand-to-hand fatigue damage multiplied by 5.
- Hand-to-hand health damage increased by 900.
- Major skills increase about 50% faster than in vanilla Oblivion.
- Minor skills increase about 50% faster than in vanilla Oblivion.
- Max armor rating is decreased to 70.
- Essentials are unconscious for 25 seconds, so companions aren't over-powerful. (untested)
- Sneaking is slightly more difficult.
- Repairs cost less when you pay for them.
- Reflect damage removed from some creatures.
- Mankar Camoran now reflects 5% damage (decreased from 25%).
- Raven Camoran now reflects 5% damage (decreased from 25%). (untested)
- Clannfears now resist normal weapons instead of reflect damage.
- The Unicorn now reflects 5% damage (decreased from 20%).
- "Dremora Powers" no longer reflects damage. (I'm not sure if this was in vanilla Oblivion)
- Kvatch soldiers are now marked essential.
- Bruma militia are now marked essential. (untested)
- Some "Battle of Bruma" soldiers are now marked essential. (untested)
- Some "Imperial City Battle" soldiers are now marked essential. (untested)
- Mehrunes Dagon's health is now MUCH higher.
- Jauffre is now marked essential throughout the main quest. (untested - I had to edit main quest scripts to get this, but it shouldn't mess anything up)

Changes: (v0.91)

- Cost of spellmaking area effect spells is greatly increased.
- Ranged spells move 2x faster.
- Arrows fly slightly faster.
- Reflect damage and reflect spell is now enchantable.
- Restore health and fatigue spells are now enchantable.
- Creature powers now do between 200-1500 damage, depending on creature.
- Will'o'Wisps left unchanged (annoying enough as it is).
- Dagon attack unchanged.
- Birthsign powers and spells are much more powerful.
- Racial powers are more powerful.
- Fingers of the Mountain quest will still work; the reflected attack shouldn't kill you.
- Multiplies the magnitude of elemental damage/damage health/damage fatigue/etc. by 10.
- Halves the area effect of all elemental damage/damage health/etc. area spells.

Changes: (v1.0)

- Fixed creature damage; most creatures should now do 300 times their normal damage.
- Reflect damage is no longer enchantable.
- Merandil and Jesan Rilian (Kvatch soldiers) are no longer essential.
- The speed of ranged magic has been reduced (was x2, now x1.5).
- Male Bruma Militia are no longer essential.
- Added the "Survivor's Apple" to the starting dungeon cell. Pick it up to get an ability that fortifies your block 50 points!

Changes: (v1.1)
- Scroll enchantment damage increased.
- Staff enchantment damage increased.
- Daedric Shrine award staves are left unchanged.
- Weapon enchantments are left unchanged because they're pretty much useless.
- Damage attribute enchantments left unchanged (If you're like me, you don't want your strength damaged by 30 points just because you blocked a poison attack or was hit by a staff strike).
- Staff area effect enchantments have been reduced.
- Poison damage increased.
- In the Imperial City Market District, you can find a sample of my upcoming mod outside of Edgar's Discount Spells!

What the LITE version does:

Changes: (v1.1)
- Weapons damaged increased to 8x.
- Creature damage increased to 8x.
- Hand to hand damage increased to 8x.
- Hand to hand blocked damage decreased to 65%. (dependant on block skill)
- Weapon block changed to 80%. (same as above)
- Block with shield unchanged. (I couldn't quite figure out what I did in the original MOHOK)
- Halved magical damage.
- Enchantments remain the same.

What MOHOK LIGHTNING does:

- Weapons damage increased to 400x.
- Creature damage increased to 400x.
- Hand to hand damage increased.
- Skills increase MUCH faster.
- Magic speed increased.
- Arrow recovery chance increased to 80%.
- Arrows fly faster.
- Sneaking is more difficult.
- Player death reload time increased to 30 seconds.
- Poison value is auto-calculated, so they are worth A LOT more.
