This mod doesn't work well if you try to add the glasses to a leveled list so that they're auto-distributed to NPCs. I added just the normal ones, not beast race goggles, and it hung up the game on initial load. It works to do that with Colourwheels mods in which she made a few glasses (such as Sexy StormTroopers & Sexy Overhaul), but there's a diff: hers occupy a ring slot, whereas KD's use the tail slot. Apparently Oblivion doesn't like tail slot items in leveled lists, based on my failed experience. Maybe KD's could be modified to use a ring slot; then a leveled list for distribution might work, but I haven't tried that yet. An ini file might also do the trick, but again, the tail slot might not work with that either. If someone figures it out, post. Because otherwise, these glasses tend just to sit unbought in the shop, since I have no interest in putting them on my character and have to reverse pickpocket them into NPCs to wear them, which is a pain.
This is a neat little ambiance mod for aesthetic and immersive purposes. As a beast character it's annoying to have to download another mod to make this one work but that just goes with the overall game design and not the mod author. I downloaded Universal Show-Hide Amulet ( http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/21402/? ) and the beast glasses finally worked, I just can't wear my enchanted amulet if I want to wear my goggles... Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Thanks for a fun little mod to play with, kind of nice to know my fictional character needs glasses, too, haha!
I love the idea of these. There is one mod like this in Skyrim already, but the textures in this mod are far superior. Would definitely like to see this in Skyrim Nexus
Wish I had these in Skyrim - my mage must always be bumping into things and mistaking sleeping mountain cats for rocks or fallen tree trunks. The peril...
I love these specs..but unfortunately they wont work on my lop-eared elf (mini) from http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=37377 :c could you possibly do a version that would fit them?...please?

There are mods available to fix this. Search for "hide amulets" here, on tesnexus and choose the one you like.
Have to fix them one by one.
