While I applaud you on taking the initiative to create some very inventive races, you reaaaally need to work on the proportions. Half of the screenshots made me burst out laughing. My advice would be to make custom textures, as that's the major problem here.
Can you make a verson where it doesn't add new npc (or as many), for some of use who can't handle the lag... I used this mod for some time but removed it b/c when in towns I would lag at some points...
