I know this forum is insanely old but it doesnt seem to be working for me and i have absolutely no idea why since i literally just installed it in my data folder and selected it when i start up oblivion.
Don't know about Vampirism complaints but for some reason it does make the game more realistic, the transitional change of night and day feels more natural somehow.
There is a small problem with the script. It uses and modifies the global TimeScale value and saves its original value to a local variable, however, the original TimeScale value is not restored when the player exits the game. This means that the time will get slower and slower in the game every time the player loads a save game. Also, if the Player is cured and no longer a vampire, the mod does not reset the original timescale. In a few days I will upload a complete rewrite of this mod that corrects these issues.
