So I decided to update this mod after all. Re-reading the readme I wrote years ago made me want to use Mysticism again, but I needed a way to drop Alteration or Security from my characters to be able to select Mysticism as a major skill... so I made the Force Lock series of spells.
This is very nice and fitting mod for vanilla - but you should either move the Open effect to Mysticism as whole OR rather leave the Force.Lock spells as optional/console-only. Best would be to have here two esp.
You can use TES4Edit to snip/change those parts of the mod. Or I might offer an alternate version in the future - I learned TESEdit cleaning recently (for Skyrim, but it's the same process) and would like to revisit my older mods to see if the CS added any junk to them, and if/when I get around to that, it would be easy to create an alternate version. But I finished messing around with Oblivion and uninstalled it, so a new version from me won't come for a while (at least until I finish with the game I'm playing now).
