Highly under the radar mod, but I love it. The only change I might suggest is maybe he should also sell human blood, to make feeding on the go easier for vampire characters to avoid sun damage.
This is a great tweak mod. Do note, however, that with OOO, Shady Sam won't offer you any ingredients or alchemy apparatus unless your Mercantile skill is 50 or greater (Journeyman perk of extended shop inventory). He also won't buy your stolen amulets and rings (i.e. won't deal in stolen apparel at all) until then.
No issues without OOO however! Some may be concerned that he can sell you Master level alchemy apparatus from the start of the game, if you've got the money.
