Update 1.1 has been released, fixing the improper relocation of Midas persistent references that would have made patching after already visiting Broke Back Mines impossible.
About the wipe - nothing to be sorry about, I can restore it whenever I want, or play the mod separately - it looks really good. I only tried it to know if the patch could work for me at all (after a clean save etc). It does. The problem is Brokeback Company not being relocated: it is still in the same place, and Gilgaliad's Ayeleid garden is overlapping it. The company itself is inaccessible, parts of its clutter, e.g. a smelter and several doors can be seen sticking above the ground level:
Sadly, this didn't work for me. I had to disable Midas, make a clean save, then enable Midas again, losing all the progress. Only then was the Mining Co relocated. What could possibly prevent the patch from working? The load order:

An impressive load order, and I'm sorry to hear about your wipe of progress in Midas. Could you send me some screenshots of what your error looks like, as well as a more detailed description of the bugged behavior?
EDIT - I am almost sure I have figured out the bug and am working to fix it!
