You wanted me to report on quest incompatibilities - im sorry, at the moment i don't have time to really post what i am using, just know im using a LOT
I only noticed ONE super super minor incompatibility that doesn't even need to be fixed, because it was caused by a mod moving a desk, for seemingly no reason, making a vase float. I mean i really studied the place, and i couldn't figure out why a mod would care to move that desk in the newlands lodge (i think it is), and there probably really is no good reason why it was moved, by whatever mod that did it (not sure which one). Fixable in an instant by clicking in the console and typing disable.
So basically i came to tell you - this mod is amazing, thank you so much for it and i hope to eventually have all your mods in my load order as i continue the merging and consolidating of my .esp count i was expecting way more compatibility issues than that very minor single one that i can fix with the console. Well, any incompatibility really could be fixed in the console - just disable whatever floats (but suprisingly, nothing does)
I do plan on eventually releasing a series of compilation mods for the series, subdivided by theme. That is a long way off however. As for the original question, while I understand the desire for a simple and single plugin, many of my mods use BSAs, which are tedious to compile and would be even more tedious to extract and recompress in order for the all-in-one plugin to work. I would be happy to point you to some tutorials about how to do it yourself, in case you feel up to trying on your own with my smaller projects.
I've found ESO's weapon and armor designs to be hit-and-miss, but I really like the Dunmer weapons motif in that game. It's got this echo of Dwemer aesthetics, which makes a discrete nod at how the Dunmer probably owe more of their culture to the Dwemer than they want to admit.
Interresting mod. It reminds me of a little project I had some time ago about a dunmer retexture for Cheydinhal. http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/images/156934/? If my retexture comes out one day, I'll be sure to recommend your mod to go with it.
oh please release your retexture, i also play with mods that add a little bit of morrowind just over/near the border so id love to convert my eastern quarter of cyrodiil into a morrowind culture pot all your textures are great, pretty sure ive got almost every one in my game. this one looks amazing as well.
also to Guinefort1, this looks great, im using quite a few quest mods so ill let you know if i notice anything important with regards to placement in interiors.

I really like your ideas. kudos
Gonna try it out right now, also glad to hear about the ESO-looking weapons. I love their wavy look in that game.
