Make bandages out of bolt of cloths and potions in an immersive way.

Description:
Adds a scissors to the player, which makes it available to produce bandages from (any) bolt of cloth and non-homemade healing potions (rancid-cheap-standard-quality-exclusive).
Simply activate the scissors from the inventory, or bounded to a hotkey (1-8) will show the menu.
If, let's say, the required potion is missing, the cloth won't be removed; however, if the cloth is missing, the menu won't show up.
Upon crafting, the required potion and a bolt of cloth (1 of any kind) will be removed.
Default version:
Alchemy skill is needed to make a more potent bandage: for every 10 points in alchemy, the bandage gains 10% in healing strength; at 100% the bandage heals the same amount as the potion it was made from. (...alchemy 1-19 counts as 10%)
Crafting skill determines how many bandages are made: for every 10 (n) points in crafting, 2+n bandages will be made; 4 with starting (25) skill and 12 with maximum crafting skill.
Non-homemade healing potions' effect were altered: they still heal the same amount, but on a longer period.
Ingredients' healing effect were altered: potions made from ingredients will have low healing magnitude, but a longer duration.
NoChange version:
Alchemy skill is not needed. All bandage will retain the base potion's maximum healing effect. No ingredients' or required potions' healing effect were altered.
Install:
Copy into data, enable plugin, play.
Uninstall:
Disable plugin, delete.
