Haha but it's not norse mythology if you call the dark elves "Schwarzalben", because that's german! They were called svartalfar which would be black elves. Just for fun ;)
this Is because I didnt know the File paths for voices in English - you may have to translate the "races.esp" to your language and I could upload it here. Currently they can only work with a German Version.
Hey, I've got a couple of notes regarding this mod:
SKY: The sky is great and worth the screenshots. Made a few to impress a friend. Did you make it by yourself? It is very well done. According to me you could release it as a separate mod including the music itself.
MUSIC: Some of the songs seems out of place (like the menu song), while others are definitely on point. I would strongly advise people to try the mod even just for the music. I will not use the mod itself, but I will add the songs to my Oblivion install.
There are a few entries that are in German, especially when you are selecting the race you wish to play.
Anyway, I won't play your mod, but I can definitely appreciate the effort put into it and I will bring the music back to me to 'vanilla' oblivion. Endorsed
Some of the Race Descriptions may be in German so If someone is willing to use the race esp and translate it to english I could guarantee that the voice etc. will work for english Versions as usual

for your comment, The .esp file "Svartalfheim - Svartalfheim - Realm of the Dark Elves" brings the nightsky and the day length
the .esp file "Races" only modifies the races into dark elves.
so basically it is already seperately usable together with the Music.
if you dont like the menu Music then Change (Data\Music\Special\tes4title.mp3)
