This mod adds a few NPCs that offer financial services to the world. This mod primarily started out with only the money-changer, and was borne out of my issue of using an immersion mod that added weight to gold. So I made a NPC that allowed you to convert your heavy Septims into featherweight banknotes, for a fee. Eventually the mod kept expanding to include several NPCs and finance-related services, but the name stayed.

The bank representative is in the Imperial City Market, in front of the Office of Imperial Commerce. He represents the various banking houses in the Empire, and is a legitimate businessman. He won't deal with players that don't have the required capital (1,000 Septims), fame (10), OR are not too infamous (10). You can also combine all of them, but halve the requirements (500 Septims, 5 fame, AND below 5 infamy). You can exceed the infamy threshold, but you'll need more capital (1,000 Septims). The Bank Rep not only exchanges Septims into banknotes and vice versa, but can also offer loans and other financial services.

The money changer is in the Imperial City Waterfront. He is a lone-wolf, and operates alone and doesn't answer to any higher-ups, and has no subordinates. He doesn't care who takes his services, just that they pay the money back, or with their blood. Since he's not a legitimate businessman, he doesn't offer a full set of services. For instance, he can only exchange the smallest banknote (500 Septims), and will break down larger banknotes into it, the whole time charging his exorbitant fees.

###Installation & Uninstallation###
###################################

To install the mod, you simply just open the zip file (with 7zip, Winzip, Winrar, etc.), and extract the contents into Oblivion's "Data" folder. Then you activate the mod in the launcher at "Data Files", or through your mod loader. To uninstall, simply delete the mod. However I recommend first saving in an area that is not the Imperial City Market or Imperial City Waterfront.

###PATCH NOTES###
#################

Version 1.3
>Added a 'bank account' feature to the Bank Representative. Now you can deposit and withdraw your Septims. Withdrawal has a ten-percent fee. You can also gather interest at different tiers, ten-percent when below five-thousand, five-percent when below ten-thousand, and one-percent when above ten-thousand Septims.
>Added two NPCs to Bruma, a money changer and enforcer. The Nord money changer is named Olaf Eireksson and is accompanied by Nord enforcer Leif Steinarsson. They can be found near the stores.
>Revamped the stock system. Now it is assisted by a small script and you can see the price of the stock before selling it. Now you can choose when it is most opportune to sell said stock.
>Standardized all of the dialogue. Now it's all "I want..." instead of different ways of saying the samething. Overall looks nicer.
>Standardized all of the payment options. Now you will pay fully in Septims first, then Septims+bankotes, and finally in all banknotes if you have no Septims.

Version 1.2
>Added NPC AI so that the NPCs will return to their original spots every Monday, so no matter how far they drift due to cell loading, they will be back.
>Added names to all the NPCs, mostly a quality-of-life improvement. NPCs will follow cultural naming conventions. The Imperials currently follow Roman naming conventions.
>Added stocks to tbe Bank Representative. Currently it is only the East Empire Trading Company, with the largest stock certificate being "One Share, One-Hundred Septims". This is a test run.
>Added gold and silver ingots, with the permission of Conifer. Thanks again, Conifer!

Version 1.1
>Added the "Enforcer", a thug that will hunt you down if you have a debt with the Money Changer. He will come every Sundas, until you pay up.
>Added a new option to pay debts. Simply select the option to pay debts, and you can now use banknotes or a mix of Septims and bankotes.
>Added a "one-thousand" Septim loan to the "Money Changer", this is the planned max.
>Changed the text at the end of banknotes, from "POTENTATE, Ocato of Firsthold", to "ELDER COUNCIL, headed by High Chancellor Ocato of Firsthold". This is due to how Ocato didn't become Potentate until AFTER the Oblivion crisis.
>Fixed and altered the "Money Changer" dialogue.
>Removed loan options above "one-thousand Septims" for the Bank Representative. The reason being that I want to code the debt-collectors and bounty-hunters before I add large loan options to prevent abuse.

Version 1.0
>Release

#########################
###Bugs & Known Issues###
#########################

>Bank Representative and Money Changer has "Prophet" available as a topic.
>Bank Representative and Money Changer move around a little each time the cell is loaded.

#####################################
###Compatibility & Incompatibility###
#####################################

>Incompatible?: Any mod that alters the Imperial City Market or Imperial City Waterfront.

##################################
###Future Plans & Possibilities###
##################################

Question mark indicates possibility, not future plan.
>Add depth to loans/promissory notes, like debt-collectors coming after a certain amount of time.
->Add foreclosure if debt is too great?
->Banker will send debt-collector as a warning, then bounty-hunters? Money-changer will simply hire an enforcer?
>Add more money changers, specifically to other cities. However, there will still be one Bank Representative.
>Add pawnshops/pawnbrokers.
>Add stocks for companies (like East Empire Trade Company)?

To prove you've read the whole thing, somehow incorporate "I have critical minion allahn" or "I have clinical minion allahn" into your message. I'll read it either way, but it'd be nice knowing that you read this.
