Next in line for my "lightweight" Imperial City mods.

This adds more shrubs and trees to the Waterfront harbor, some additional clutter, and a new ship as well as 4 new NPCs.
+ you can find 2 new hats inside the Ships cabin.

Fps impact should be minimum.

It only touches the actual waterfront and nothing in the lower-class area where the city-peasants reside and it is most likely incompatible with any mod that alters the harbor, and wont be patched unless it's something very minor.
