This is very simple MOD (MagicOrb small upgrade) Different possibilities for spellmaking and enchanting. They can be bought from Calindil the merchant in MysticEmporium shop at IC MarketDistrict. Scrolls: There is no requirement for using them, but you can use them just once. Spells: You need ApprenticeMysticismSkill(25) and Magicka(50)
