I am making this mod available for the public to do anything they want  it as they wish. I can not remember exactly why I closed it but I believe it had to do with the city muggers and their AI packages' plus a few wild edits. I am releasing it as a resource file so use whatever files you want for you own mods.

WHAT THIS MOD DOES

Quick explanation- Bandit Deluxe adds races to all of the bandit, marauder, conjurer, necromancer lists. It also adds several different types of each race.

Long Explanation- Early in my Oblivion playing I realized that the Bandits I am currently fighting are the same ones I just fought and will fight again in 5 minutes. I also learned quickly that I will be fighting twins and triplets quite often. This annoyed me as I am sure it has annoyed others. Now you can not expect that same Redguard bandit you have killed a dozen times in past plays will be an archer or even a Redguard. 

City Muggers adds several possible muggers to all major cities. given enough time they will approach you and demand money. even if they appear they do not function properly just stand there and eventually at the top of the hour the ambush AI package may trigger at which time they will walk upto you and mug you.

City Fences Adds 1 fence to the major cities. they sell lock picks and will buy Stolen Items. Not associated with the Thieves Guild. They buy/sell between 4 pm and 8 am. Anvil and IC Fences are stationed at the docks while they other city Fences are within city itself but standing to the side carrying torches in low light.

Bandit Deluxe SI adds Races to the Shivering Isles Heretics and Zealots. Obviously Shivering Isles needed, DUH!

Creature Deluxe
added the shivering isle creatures to the Leveled lists of Cyrodil. Use alone with Bandit Deluxe. Shivering Isles needed

PLANS FOR THE FUTURE
Version 1 is pretty much done and will not receive an update unless otherwise needed. Version 2 will continue toadd additional spawn points in around cities, wayshrines, Ayleid wells, roads and wilderness. these encounters will consist of everything from bandits, locals, merchants, creatures, adventurers, vampires and everything in between and otherwise. A forum discussion is open for any feedback and ideas. Please contribute.

Installation-Place the esp. file in your Oblivion/Data folder. It should be safe to add, remove, and replace the file. Use wrye bash or to merge the levelled lists.
