The Trap door is in the basement of the Benarios Manor. It's inside the room behind the sealed door. Now if you're on PC you can skip doing the quest to get the door open by typing "tcl" in console which will disable collision for you. The Trap door has a lock difficulty of very hard but you can use console and click the trap door. Once you have targeted the trap door then type "unlock" in console.

You're supposed to have "Shards of the eternal dragon" under armor. If that's not how it works for you then the mod "Unlimited Wear" is what does this for me.
As a replay to the "armor won't work" You NEED to have the meshes/textures folders in the correct place. If they aren't in your "Data" Folder with your esp, then it won't work
As for the mod itself, I have to say that this is the armor I've used the most, just because it looks so awesome. Great mod ^^
OMG!!! vulkin quest! i just bougth this poo of an house and i try to talk to the guys in anvil to c where that stupid son of a female dog velwyn is...(know he is in elven garden dis at king and queen tavern) so i went rigth to him...and he wont help me even i have the letter and the vulkin hand!!! is it inside with benirus corpse? or just in basement?

If that's not how it works for you then the mod "Unlimited Wear" is what does this for me.

I've installed the mod, but the armor won't work! It just show af big yellow box with an "!" in it instead, really strange...
